Thank you for your continued support of our Traditional Fresh produce direct from Farmer to Customer. We are pleased to be able to supply both BRONZE and WHITE feathered Turkeys which have been carefully reared on the Farm to full maturity fed only on a cereal diet that contains no hormones or steroids or GM products.
All our birds are top quality, plucked by hand in the traditional way, hung to mature (a unique product only available direct from a producer) they are then prepared ready for the oven to your requirements.
Unfortunately our prices have had to rise a little this year due to a large increase in food costs we have made savings where we can but we have not compromised on care or quality.
To help to keep costs down we have introduced both Boned and rolled Pork or Turkey Joints at a fixed price/weight, or why not try cooking the Gammon or Bacon joint yourself, we are happy to advise on this and any item on our “ADITIONAL CHRISTMAS FAYRE LIST”
Our Home produced Apple fed Pork is again available, we will be happy to stuff any of our joints with our own Sausage meat or Veg./fruit stuffing if required.
